1. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available for verified business entities. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary by product category (Surgical, Dental, or Beauty Instruments).

2. Lead Times

As every piece is manufactured in Sialkot, lead times for bulk orders typically range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on order volume and level of customization.

3. Custom Branding & Bespoke Designs

We offer deep laser engraving, acid etching, and custom branding for corporate clients. Technical specifications and design drafts must be approved in writing before production begins.

4. Shipping & International Duties

B2B shipments are handled via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. The client is responsible for all customs duties and taxes in their respective country unless otherwise agreed in the specific sales contract.

5. Payment Terms

• Sampling: 10% Advanced Payment required.
• Initiation: 40% payment deposit is required to initiate production.
• Mid-Production: 30% payment deposit is required when the order reaches 40% production.
• Dispatch: 20% payment deposit is required when the shipment is ready to dispatch.
